Next Tuesday at Jenkins: The Past in 3D–Opportunities for Digital Heritage at Jamestown

Seeing the Past in 3DOnce again, many thanks to Jenkins’ Dr. Harold Sweetman for making his beautiful space available for our event.

Please join Radnor Memorial Library and Radnor Historical Society at Jenkins Arboretum & Gardens next Tuesday, April 10, 7:30PM when we present Lisa E. Fischer, Director of Digital Initiatives at the Jamestown Rediscovery Foundation.

This talk will examine how digital heritage and 3D visualization approaches are helping to reshape our understanding of this first successful English settlement in North America.

We are thrilled to welcome Lisa back to Radnor Township for a second time. Back in 2010, Lisa was working with Colonial Williamsburg and I remember how her online interactive maps brought 18th century Williamsburg to life right there before our eyes!

I hope to see you there,

  1. Thanks Pam for tonight. It was a wonderful time learning American history.
