Being Green

Last night in the Winsor Room, Radnor Library patrons along with members of Radnor Conservancy and Radnor Bird Town, hosted three speakers who spent their Tuesday night talking with us about possible solutions for alternative energy sources and reducing our energy consumption.

It’s still not that easy being green. But—I now know that I can take my old blue jeans to Mom’s Organic Market (in Rosemont, next to Gullifty’s) and they make sure that the jeans are recycled for insulation. They have more solutions like that for used batteries and even things with plugs. Leave it to Mom.
