NBC 10 Journalist Lu Ann Cahn Coming to Radnor Library

On Tuesday, November 18, 7:30pm, Lu Ann Cahn will visit Radnor Memorial Library to talk about her new book, I Dare Me: How I Rebooted and Recharged My Life By Doing Something New Every Day. If you watch NBC news here in Philadelphia, then Lu Ann is a very familiar face and like me, you may feel like you already know her!

Veteran journalist and eight-time Emmy award-winner Lu Ann Cahn joined NBC in 1987. She battled breast cancer at the age of 35 and endured surgery for ulcerative colitis and kidney cancer. Beginning with an ice-cold plunge into the Atlantic Ocean, Lu Ann set out to take charge of herself over the next 365 days, trying something new every day.

Cahn grew up in Atlanta and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Georgia. The author is married and has a daughter who dared herself to start her own company.

Books will be available for purchase at the book signing.      IDareMe-cvr

I hope to see you at the Library,
