Award-winning journalist Susan FitzGerald, co-author of Letting Go With Love and Confidence

On Thursday, March 8, 7:30pm, Radnor Memorial Library presents the co-author of a wonderful book, Letting Go With Love and Confidence. Susan FitzGerald and renowned adolescent medicine specialist, Kenneth Ginsberg, MD, have written a sensible and considerate resource for parents.

As Dr. Ginsburg explains, it is everyday decisions and conversations that have the greatest potential to foster resilience and build confidence. From cell phone and the Internet to handling issues surrounding sex, friends, dating, driving, staying home alone and more. Ginsburg’s three-step litmus test can apply to any decisions: Is it safe? Is it practical? Does it meet my standards for morality and decency?

Excerpts from the book have appeared on the WHYY website and on NPR. Books will be available for purchase at the author event. I hope to see you there!
