The Chinese Autumn Moon Festival brings celebrity chef (and author) Susanna Foo to the Library for an evening of tea sampling and tasting of traditional mooncake. The popular chef, owner of Susanna Foo’s Gourmet Kitchen, will be sharing many kinds of tea with us, and of course, mooncake. I wonder what kind…

  2. It is delightful to have Susanna’s son Gabrielle and Foo To Go available at the LCFramer’s Market, here in Strafford. The selection of to go foods is varied and the tastes, so good !
